Chessa is quite simply the best chef we have every used (and we have used quite a few).  She has been making amazing meals for us since 2003.  


Chessa has made amazing dinners for parties of 20+ people, as well as small meals for our family of 4.  Her food is always wonderful tasting and impeccably presented.  She is able to work within any dietary requirements (gluten free, vegan, etc) and the food still tastes marvelous.  

Chessa has her regular dishes, but can also make anything you pull out of a cookbook!  I have seen her make very sophisticated meals from the Ottolenghi cook books.  

My favorite dishes of Chessa’s are the baked brie, mushrooms stuffed with sausage and salmon with forbidden rice.

Not only is Chessa a wonderful chef, but she has become a great friend.  I love to sit in the kitchen with her and chat while watching her cook.  She is also a fantastic skier who spends whole days on the mountain with my daughter (10 years old).
